Again - very good stay!

I was my second time in HSM Reina del mar - and again everything was ok- like the first time. I like the hotel, the staff especially Yasmina from reception desk- always was helpful and kind! Big plus was early breakfast for us! Thanks for all. See you again!

Swimming pool with small jacuzzi is nice but water is little bit cold (colder then sea). There is some music in the evening close to the swimming pool. Prices for drinks are fine. Cleaning lady was very nice and changed one day two times our towers.

Lot of choices for breakfast and dinner but food is not so delicious. For dinner they change main dishes (one day paella with vegetables, one day paella with seafood one dat paella with beef etc). Hotel staff are not so friendly. They refuse to prepare breakfast box because we had flight at 6:30. They said kitchen is open all night and you can come and eat before you leave. But they had only coffee and juice from machine and biscuits. It was one plate with few pieces of ham and cheeses and bread. For dinner is not included drinks, you have to pay even for water Women from reception didn’t understand why is a lot of people from our country at Mallorca and she asked many questions like is it cheap flights, how much etc. Rooms and all hotel are pretty old and need some renovations. In the room we had some old blankets and we were disgusted to use them and it was cold during the night. Very bad internet connection. Impossible to call someone on WhatsApp/ Viber on video call. Just for messages and very often didn’t work that too.

The food is terrible, no variousity. The worst is that the leftover is used to make meals the other day. Serious changes needed to get an acceptable value.

Good experience overall , rooms could be improved though

The food was great, the staff was very friendly and nice, hotel was very clean. The pool was lovely too. The hotel overall was impeccable, everything looks nice and new outside of the rooms.

What can be improved is the furniture/ other things in the room such as shower heads, toilet seats etc they all looked very old, especially in comparison to the hotel outside of the rooms.
